Aphrodite Aesthetics & Wellness is Prescott's #1 voted Med Spa three years running. We are a growing, high-volume aesthetic practice with a passionate clinical team, a loyal patient base, and an owner who is deeply invested in building something that lasts. We are adding a Practice Manager to help lead this practice into its next chapter and we are looking for someone who is as excited about that opportunity as we are.

This is a leadership position with real authority and full owner support. You will oversee all staff including our clinical and front office team, report directly to the Managing Member, and serve as the operational heartbeat of this practice. We are looking for a natural leader who is observant, honest, and genuinely invested in the success of the people and the business around them. Someone who can walk into a room, quickly understand what is working and what is not, and communicate that clearly and constructively. This role is for someone who takes pride in building systems, developing people, and driving a team toward shared goals.

You will oversee daily operations across all staff positions and serve as the primary point of contact between the team and ownership. Provider schedule management with a target of 80% or higher utilization will be a core part of your focus. You will develop and maintain SOPs that keep the practice running consistently and efficiently. KPI tracking and regular performance reporting directly to the owner will be a standing part of your week. Revenue reporting and financial oversight in coordination with ownership will also fall under your scope. More than anything you will be the person on the floor who sees the full picture, communicates it accurately, and helps the team perform at their best.

We are open to a variety of backgrounds. Whether your experience is in medical office management, healthcare operations, business leadership, or aesthetic practice management, what matters most is that you have a genuine track record of leading teams and producing results. You are an objective thinker who evaluates situations clearly and communicates what you see honestly. You are comfortable having direct conversations when performance needs to improve and you know how to do that in a way that is firm, fair, and constructive. You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through consistently, and hold yourself to the same standard you hold others. Experience with scheduling platforms and operational reporting tools is a plus. A clinical or medical background is not required but will strengthen your candidacy alongside strong management experience.

Compensation is open and will be based on your experience and what you bring to the table. This is a role where strong performance is recognized and rewarded and where the right person will have the opportunity to grow alongside a practice that is moving in a very clear direction.
