AIRES, LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Prescott Valley area. As a DSP, you will provide essential care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and autonomy.
• Engage in meaningful social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and daily activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of people living at program.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or education in healthcare or human services preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass AIRES required trainings.
• Must have the ability to pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
• For positions requiring you to drive, must have a Valid Arizona driver`s license and be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
