As a Direct Support Professional, you can and will make a real difference with the work you do! DSPs provide support to people who have a variety of disabilities and may need assistance across a wide range of tasks, including personal care, cooking, and cleaning and other activities of daily living. Is this right for you?

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass AIRES required trainings.
• Must have the ability to pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance
• For positions requiring you to drive, must have a Valid Arizona driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
