Job Title: CNC Set-up Operator

Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly

Purpose: The purpose of the CNC Operator is to produce machined parts utilizing tooling, programs and provided equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and troubleshoot CNC
• Ensure product is built per schedule
• Monitor machine to ensure no crashing or damage occurs.
• Ensure preventive maintenance has been performed prior to operating CNC machine.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with AS9100 requirements
• Contribute to a safe work environment
• Perform required inspections
• Others as needed

Required Skills or Qualifications:

• Able to interpret print requirements utilizing standard GD&T symbols.
• Able to utilize common precision measuring tools (i.e. caliper, mic, thread gages, pins, blocks, height gage, etc.)
• Minimum of 3years experience in CNC machine shop.
• Ability to operate CNC machines.
• Willing to learn new machines and processes.
• Ability to perform complete first article inspections
• Ability contributes in problem solving.
• Ability to communicate with leadership team to solve schedule and technical issues
• Willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
