Responsibilities: Maintains accounting records of all grant documents. Ensures accurate recording of all grant revenue and expense transactions in preparation for audit. Works with grant program managers to confirm expenses are in compliance with budgets and grant requirements. Prepares financial reports and submits to funding agencies. Also works with Tribal taxes including collections, reconciliations, licensing and audits. Requirements: Associates Degree in Accounting, with six years' experience directly related to the specified duties. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with four years' experience directly related to the specified duties. Prefer knowledge of federal/government financial regulations and grant and/or contract administration. Full-time, exempt, benefited position, $41,812 - $55,610 annually DOE. Must pass a background check for a gaming license, drug test and be insurable under the Tribe's auto insurance carrier.
