$20.79-24.95/hr, 40 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr (The base wage of this position has been increased by 5% effective 4/11/2022)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Working under administrative supervision and with moderate difficulty this position is responsible for processing NACOG’s bi-weekly payroll. This position has added fiscal responsibilities, including: lease administration, journal entry posting, and report preparation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in accounting or other related field of study; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience and 2 years related professional experience and/or training in payroll accounting which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical Activity: Frequent sitting, talking, listening, balancing, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, finger use, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motion. Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling.
Physical exertion: ___ Sedentary; _X_ Light; ___Medium; __ Heavy; __ Very Heavy. Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
