Description:

HomeRun Electronics is an established residential, full scope low voltage contractor with a twenty-year history. We deliver a distinctively personalized home technology experience to home builders, home buyers, and home owners by offering solutions including home networking, audio/video distribution, security systems, central vacuum, and home automation.

The Builder Account Coordinator role is a full time (40 hours per week) position with responsibilities including:

  • Confirming job readiness by matching work scope with builder purchase orders
  • Communicating with internal staff including field operations and sales/design consultants
  • Communicating directly with several home builders to resolve variances
  • Compiling critical information through a variety of builder portals
  • Invoicing for products and services
  • Tracking project status for billing
  • Monthly audit of builder accounts

Candidates must be able to adapt to multiple customer’s unique procedures.

Successful candidates will exhibit a proficiency with computers, be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, possess strong communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to demonstrate strong stills with Microsoft Office products. Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
