Working under administrative supervision and with moderate difficulty, this position is responsible for collaborating with communities and local governments in the identification of potential resiliency, mitigation, and economic recovery projects in disaster-impacted areas throughout the program’s northern Arizona region. This is a two-year grant-funded position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, social services, planning, or other related field of study; OR a combination of education and experience equal to four years’ experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, mitigation, community development, resiliency planning, project administration, public administration concepts, and/or data research and analysis.

Physical Activity: Frequent listening, talking, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, finger use, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motion. Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
