Description:

Back Office Manager - Responsibilities: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Payroll. Reconciles bank accounts including investment accounts. Prepares monthly general ledger reviews, prepares journal entries to correct errors, and prepares standard monthly journal entries for closing procedures.  Responsible for the review and overall accuracy of funds and accounts assigned. Willing to be cross-trained with two other staff members to fill in as necessary.  Must be skilled in Quickbooks and Excel spreadsheets.  Prefer at least three (3) years of accounting experience, but will consider less. Will work for a community manager of a 55+ HOA Community. Full-time, benefited position, $17.00 - $19.00 hourly Must pass background and reference checks.
