 Prescott Downtown Partnership Inc. is looking for a committed person to fill our Executive Director position.

 Job Summary

The Executive Director, in conjunction with the working Board of Directors, is responsible for innovative leadership, expertise and overall strategic direction for all aspects of operations, finance, planning, promotion and fundraising for Prescott Downtown Partnership.  

The Executive Director will build programs, revenue, membership engagement, community interest, financial self-sufficiency and continue with our Main Street certification. The successful candidate will continue to build on Prescott Downtown Partnership’s established partnerships with downtown business owners, City of Prescott officials and staff, Yavapai County officials and staff, Prescott Chamber of Commerce and other downtown groups. The position serves as a critical advocate for downtown by disseminating relevant information and working with various partners to keep the joint vision for a more vibrant historic downtown moving forward.

The position currently manages one part-time assistant, two seasonal employees and various volunteers for numerous projects and events.


 History of building positive and enduring professional and team relationships.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task efficiently and respond to ongoing requests, in a timely fashion.

Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the values and mission of the Prescott Downtown Partnership.

Experience with social media, marketing and website management.

Experience in project management, financial management, fundraising, team management and partnership management skills.  An ability to work to achieve results with limited supervision.


Experience as an Executive Director of a Not for Profit organization with demonstrated success in team leadership & financial management.
