About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and advocacy. You`ll help individuals develop life skills, participate in their communities, and reach personal goals — all within a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

What You`ll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, house cleaning and medication administration
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and social engagement
• Teach and reinforce life skills that promote independence and confidence
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality services

What You`ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Minimum age of 18 (21+ with a valid Arizona driver`s license for driving roles)
• Ability to pass required background checks, fingerprint clearance, and trainings
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
