Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Encourage and facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being.
• Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, and other activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, progress, and any incidents.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment that supports personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with team members, families, and supervisors to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass all AIRES-required training.
• Ability to pass a background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
• For positions requiring driving: Must have a valid Arizona driver`s license and be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
