Sales Administrator 

As a Sales Administrator you will be the key post-sale point of contact for our customers, ensuring we meet their expectations and deliver exceptional service and support. Your role will involve supporting and maintaining our commitment to efficiency, attentiveness and accuracy throughout the post-sale process and corresponding customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.
  • Serve as a liaison, collaboratively with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of internal and external customer documentation and corresponding relevant information.
  • Optimize efficiency in the customer purchase order, conversion to sales order, status reports and delivery stages.
  • Maintain and report sales order activity and progress via phone and email.
  • Capture and log customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to facilitate and support multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Sales Force, and ERP software.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional communication skills via phone and email correspondence
  • Collaborative with and supportive of other team members
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service and support in the customer experience from purchase order receipt to product shipment. 
  • Track customer sales orders and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and paper-based customer files.
  • Maintain and support interaction through customer portal sites 
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with service requests and verifying documents before processing.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports using CRM, ERP database and Excel.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in all customer interactions and processes.
  • Record and maintain detailed customer notes in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to operational excellence through proactive customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 - $65,000.00

Education:

  • Associate`s degree (Minimum)
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 5 years sales/operations support experience in-lieu of degree

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 4 years (Required)
  • Administrative: 4 years (Required)
  • Sales /Operations Support: 1 year (Required)
  • US Citizen (Required)
