AIRES is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs/Caregivers) to support adults with developmental disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call opportunities designed to fit a variety of schedules.

Role Overview

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and advocacy to individuals in our care, helping them build skills, engage with their communities, and achieve personal goals in a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in community involvement, social activities, and appointments.
• Promote independence, life skills, and personal growth while recognizing and celebrating achievements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Minimum age of 18; 21 or older with a valid Arizona driver`s license for driving positions.
• Ability to pass background checks, fingerprint clearance, and all required trainings.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
