This is a hands-on clinical support role with real variety. You will work directly alongside our lead injector and clinical team, support treatment workflows across injectables and laser services, coordinate with our Medical Director on prescriptions and protocols, and engage in patient-facing conversations as a natural part of your day. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about the world of medical aesthetics.

You will handle patient prep including vitals, consent collection, and room setup before every appointment. You will assist with injectable and laser treatment workflows alongside the clinical team. Coordinating with our Medical Director on prescriptions, standing orders, and clinical protocols will be a regular part of your responsibilities. You will manage inventory and supplies, keeping the clinical side of the practice organized and well stocked. Meta lead follow-up and outbound patient calls will be part of your day and we are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients and can guide those conversations toward booked appointments naturally. Membership enrollment and retail recommendations are part of every patient interaction and you will be expected to participate in those conversations with confidence and warmth.

Medical Assistant certification is preferred and candidates with strong documented clinical experience will also be considered. Prior experience in a med spa or aesthetic clinic is a strong plus and hands-on experience with injectables or laser devices will make you stand out. Sales or lead conversion experience is a genuine advantage in this role because patient communication and conversion are part of the day to day. Most importantly we are looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, keeps their documentation and workspace clean, and takes pride in doing their job at a high level.

Base pay runs $20 to $25 per hour depending on your experience and background. This role has real growth built into it. As the practice expands into new services and treatment categories there will be opportunity to grow into a senior clinical position, cross-train into office management, and take on expanded responsibility. We believe in recognizing performance and promoting from within. Full compensation package discussed during interview.
