About ANFT
The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) has trained over 3,000 forest therapy guides across 70+ countries since 2012. We are a global leader in the practice of forest bathing and forest therapy, and the organizational home of the Standard Sequence methodology. Over more than a decade of active work in the field, we have accumulated a rich and varied collection of materials — photographs, curriculum manuscripts, printed guides, training records, and more — that represent the living history of an emerging practice tradition.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and systems-minded Collections & Records Consultant to assess, organize, and create a sustainable filing structure for ANFT's accumulated organizational materials. This is a bounded project role — ideally completed within 1–2 months — with real impact: the right person will leave behind a clear, navigable system that our team can actually maintain.
This is a meaningful project for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, cares about organizational memory, and takes satisfaction in knowing that the work they do will outlast their involvement.
Scope of Work
The project unfolds in three phases:
Phase 1: Assessment
Phase 2: Schema Design
Phase 3: Implementation & Handoff
