Acara Solutions is looking for a Material Handler III for one of our clients in Prescott, AZ.Pay: $21-$23Materials Handler III performs the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, distribution and storage of materials.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with cross functional groups to ensure on time delivery to customerBring inspected parts into the correct warehouse using the receiver number from supplierStocking of parts and proper transaction of receipts/issues in ERP SystemLabel parts to maintain traceability for storage and shipping of productFill incoming shortages for kits on production floor and/or piece part shortagesPrepare shipping documents and mailing labels making sure that orders are filled correctlyVerifying content of incoming shipments against the original order and the accompanying bill of lading or invoiceMovement of properly transacted receipts to include invoicing customerPerforms daily Cycle CountsComply with proper methods of labeling for shelf life inventoryRegular and reliable attendance onsite to perform the necessary functions of the roleComply and uphold Canyon AeroConnect EH&Spolicies and standardsComply with the Canyon AeroConnect Code of Business Conduct and EthicsOther duties as assigned by managerCore Competencies:Possesses working knowledge of stockroom, shipping, receiving, and inspection processesHigh degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasksAbility to communicate well internally and externally at all levels in the organizationAbility to react to changing priorities and able to re-plan to ensure key objectives are metExperience with Oracle or other ERP systems and MS OfficeAdopts a professional approach and can be trusted by othersMust be customer focusedLevel III - Senior (Fully Experienced)KNOWLEDGE - Full knowledge of the job.
