About the Role

HT Travels is seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Logistics Coordinators. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy planning, coordinating details, solving problems, and helping others create memorable experiences.

As a Travel Logistics Coordinator, you will assist clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through departure. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and finding solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

Research destinations, travel options, and supplier offerings to identify solutions that align with client preferences

Create and manage customized travel itineraries

Communicate with clients to understand travel goals and preferences

Maintain accurate records and booking information

Monitor reservation details and assist with travel-related updates when needed

Collaborate with travel suppliers and industry partners

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions

Manage multiple client requests while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
