Enjoy working with QuickBooks and special projects? Locally owned residential construction company seeking a detail-oriented temporary office/accounting professional with advanced QuickBooks skills.

Local residential construction company in Prescott, AZ.

Administrative support details:

• Temporary position
• $24.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Thursday through Thursday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

• Review emails and handle general office duties as needed.
• Advanced QuickBooks skills required, including creating estimates, converting estimates to invoices, entering bills, and printing checks.
• Process and print already-calculated payroll checks and review pending bank transactions.
• Assist with other accounting and special office projects as needed.
• Thursdays ONLY.

Administrative support qualifications:

• Advanced QuickBooks knowledge and experience with accounting/bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling general office duties and special projects as needed.
• Able to work Thursdays only for a temporary 1–2 month assignment.
