We are currently hiring drop-in and appointment-based tutors in the following subject areas: Accounting, ASL, Biology, Business, English, LPN, Math, and Nursing. Tutors provide academic support to Yavapai College students through one-on-one and small group sessions. Support may be offered in person or virtually. Tutors help students build confidence, improve understanding of course content, and develop effective study strategies and learning habits.

Certification Requirement: All tutors are required to complete CRLA Level 1 tutor certification through Yavapai College's Tutoring Services as part of their onboarding and ongoing employment, unless they have already completed CRLA Level 1 elsewhere
