Working within a specialized HIV care setting, the Medical Receptionist demonstrates sensitivity to the unique needs of people living with HIV and other medically underserved populations. The position requires strict adherence to patient confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations, while ensuring patients receive timely and compassionate service.
