Fleet Customer Service Representative

The Fleet Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs while providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers by coordinating vehicle repairs, scheduling preventative maintenance services, verifying vehicle information, and resolving customer concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interacting with customers regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service needs.
• Discussing work performed and explaining repair recommendations and service requirements.
• Verifying vehicle information, including mileage and service history.
• Entering and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information in company systems.
• Scheduling preventative maintenance services, warranty work, and commercial vehicle repairs.
• Coordinating repair activities and communicating status updates to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and service concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and services performed.
• Providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Required qualifications include:

• Previous customer service or service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to professionally handle difficult customer situations and resolve concerns.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in automotive, fleet, dealership, or maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance terminology and repair processes.
• Experience scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance services.
