Job DescriptionEmbry‑Riddle Aeronautical University is building a pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities as Aircraft Workers (AWs). This entry‑level program offers aspiring aviation maintenance professionals—especially those with mechanical experience in automotive, marine, military, or industrial trades—to a pathway to enter and grow within the aviation industry.AWs are paired with certificated Aircraft & Powerplant Maintenance Technicians in a helper/assistant role, gaining skills and hands‑on experience while contributing to Embry‑Riddle's aircraft maintenance operations.
