This entry‑level program offers aspiring aviation maintenance professionals—especially those with mechanical experience in automotive, marine, military, or industrial trades—to a pathway to enter and grow within the aviation industry.AWs are paired with certificated Aircraft & Powerplant Maintenance Technicians in a helper/assistant role, gaining skills and hands‑on experience while contributing to Embry‑Riddle's aircraft maintenance operations.
