Summary:

• Location: Prescott, AZ
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Shift: 5x8s - 8:00AM-5:00PM

• Coordinate and schedule provider appointments, labs, diagnostics, procedures, treatments, and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to optimize patient scheduling.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability and patient preferences.
• Complete documentation to support treatment and procedure pre-certifications.
• Manage complex scheduling requests under physician or clinical staff direction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining scheduling accuracy and efficiency.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience (healthcare preferred).
• Experience with healthcare scheduling.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Experience using multiple online computer applications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Clinical scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating complex patient appointments in a healthcare setting.
