Kelly Services, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Perform daily, quarterly, and as-needed security rounds, including egress/ingress control of the hospital; Respond to incidents and emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, flooding, hazardous materials incidents, and adverse weather; Interact with staff, residents, and visitors to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment; Collaborate with first responders and other hospital disciplines during emergencies or escalations to de-escalate conflicts; Use proper Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) methods
