ANNOUNCEMENT OF VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITYRecreation Site Host - 2 openingsWatson Lake (1)This is a volunteer position.As volunteers for the City of Prescott, the Recreation Site Host shall provide customer service and custodial duties for the City of Prescott's city-wide Recreation Services sites during the camping season.Duties:* Working a schedule and duties; provided by the Recreation Services Department Maintenance Supervisor or designee* Assisting campers with camping registrations and payments* Keeping track of occupied and reserved sites; directing campers to vacant sites* Working cooperatively with Department maintenance staff and volunteers* Wearing any uniform items provided by the Department* Complying with all park rules and regulations* Working closely with law enforcement personnel as needed* Keeping their campsite in a presentable condition* Opening and closing entrance gates as requested* Keeping pets under control at all times* Manage site when reserved for a large-scale event* Other duties as assignedBenefits:* Campsite,* Water hook-ups* Electric hook-ups at no cost;* All supplies and information needed to perform the volunteer dutiesDeadline to Apply: 06/30/2026To Apply:Interested parties should submit a resume including any relevant experience hosting, previous employment and professional references.
