Pay: $15.15/hour + DOE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Bagdad, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a vital role inmaintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all dishware and utensils are spotless and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Hand-wash delicate or specialty items as required.
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing station at all times.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in compliance with company policies and environmental guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
