If you believe in the values of Ownership, Trust, and Teamwork, then this career opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesSet up safe work zones with proper equipment.Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe and control traffic flow.Provide outstanding service and protection to customers.Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.Receive continuous development and guidance.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in an outdoor labor setting, e.g., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator.2+ years Traffic Control Experience and ATSSA Certificate.TMA Driver.Preferably TCS Certification.Familiarity with a client-based schedule.Valid state driver's license.Steel‑toed or composite‑toed boots.Comfortable standing 8‑12 hours a day and able to lift 50–60 lbs.Skilled in all weather conditions and traffic environments.Must pass pre‑employment screening including a drug test.Valid AZ Driver's License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelines.Ability to read and write English.Good communication skills.This is a safety sensitive position if the role requires driving an AWP vehicle or being present at an AWP worksite.AWP Safety is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
