Integral Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents; Monitor and document symptoms and changes in residents' conditions; Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating); Medication Tech duties: review service plans, assist/observe medications and treatments, document as required, restock medication cart, count narcotics, maintain medication room; Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and ensure sanitation of facilities
