The PBX Operator coordinates on-duty activities involving computer and telephony systems and is able to quickly and kindly answer and appropriately route incoming calls. The incumbent communicates clearly and professional to achieve desired goals and takes on additional projects.
Job Requirements
Required
High School Graduate/GED
Two years PBX operator, customer service, or hospital related experience
Preferred
Some college level education
Three years customer service experience, preferably in a hospital PBX or high-volume call center environment
Experience in the hospital setting
