Data Entry Assistant

Davidson's is currently seeking a full-time, in-office, assistant to join our busy and fast-paced Credit Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Assistant to support our collections and accounts receivable team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining collections-related data, tracking account activity, and assisting with documentation to ensure timely and effective follow-up on outstanding balances. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and able to manage sensitive financial information with accuracy.

Data Entry Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer account information, payment records, and notes in internal systems
  • Review accounts for discrepancies and flag issues for the collections team
  • Assist in preparing reports, demand letters, and collection packets
  • Assist with processing and posting payments
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence tracking
  • Mail invoices and statements to customers

Data Entry Assistant Pay & Benefits

Davidson's is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package.
