Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Contract Management Analyst 3 (CMA3) to support vendor compliance initiatives focused on remote sellers. This role involves lead data management, compliance campaign oversight, vendor coordination, and analytical support to optimize outreach and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with vendors to improve lead identification strategies, validate campaign data, analyze compliance performance, and support process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to optimize analytical solutions and data outputs.
• Validate and analyze vendor-provided lead data for accuracy and quality.
• Manage and track lead lists through multiple workstreams.
• Support implementation of compliance campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for new compliance campaigns.
• Recommend improvements to outreach communications and letters.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Monitor compliance effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Provide insights into remote seller behavior and non-compliance trends.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for compliance efforts.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, cleaning, and integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data validation and quality assurance.
• Experience managing and tracking data across workflows.
• Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
• Vendor coordination and oversight experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience with vendor management or compliance initiatives.
• 1+ year of tax-related service or administration experience.
• Experience with continuous improvement / LEAN methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to remote sellers or e-commerce.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

No degree required. Any combination of education, training, coursework, and relevant work experience that meets the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
