In this role, you'll work on diverse projects—residential, commercial, municipal, and parks—while enjoying a collaborative culture and opportunities for growth.Locations:Phoenix, AZMesa, AZTucson, AZFlagstaff, AZPrescott, AZCottonwood, AZWhy Ardurra?Hybrid Work Options after onboardingCompetitive Salary & Comprehensive BenefitsProfessional Development & Career GrowthA culture of innovation, teamwork, and community impactWhat You'll DoDevelop project design concepts and criteriaProduce civil engineering plans for public and private projectsOrganize project files and records for efficient deliveryAssist with client interface, budgets, and schedules for on-time/on-budget completionRecommend design alternatives and support proposal preparationCoordinate with design teams, clients, contractors, and permitting agenciesPerform quantity takeoffs and cost estimatesAnalyze stormwater drainage and prepare technical reportsReview designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydraflowParticipate in budget and QC reviewsSupport construction administration, including RFIs and shop drawingsExperience with roads, water, and wastewater systems is a plusWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringArizona PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)5+ years of experience in site design and permittingProficiency in Civil 3D , hydrology/hydraulic analysis, and pipe network analysisStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHighly self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating as neededProject management experience is a plusArdurra is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
