What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with precision
• Administer medications, IVs, and advanced life-support treatments
• Operate and manage critical care equipment (ventilators, monitors, pumps)
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
• Respond rapidly to emergencies—because seconds matter
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
