Talking Rock Club, located in Prescott, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities of the Outside Service Attendant:* Provides sincere and courteous service to all members with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.* Assists in educating members regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.* Performs practice facility maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.* Cleans members clubs upon completion of play and on the practice facility.* Maintains accurate records of member play.* Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse and cart storage area.* Assists in the setup and execution of golf events.* Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.* Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.* Prepare golf carts for play following club standards.* Assists members by changing their golf spikes, if needed, and providing shoe cleaning service.* Directs start of play when necessary.* Assists with food and beverage activities.* Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.* Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Service Attendant:* High School Diploma or GED; and six months to a year customer service experience or training.Other Qualifications:* Regular and reliable attendance.About TroonFounded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities. With more than 900 locations in 45+ states and 27+ countries, Troon is a leading employer in hospitality. Guided by values that emphasize being infectiously energetic, consciously kind, and humbly prosperous, Troon offers professionals the opportunity to grow and succeed within a globally respected organization. Learn more at www.troon.com.
