Job Summary:
If you're calm under pressure, quick with critical decisions, and somehow function impressively well at 2 AM—this is your arena. As an ICU RN, you'll be at the frontlines of patient care, managing complex cases where every second (and every beep) matters. Think of it as high-stakes nursing with a side of controlled chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions
• Monitor and assess patient status using advanced equipment
• Administer medications, IVs, and specialized treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols and safety standards
• Support patients and families during critical situations

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience with ventilators, drips, and cardiac monitoring
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
