Appear in court for hearings, dockets, and trial proceedings Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conduct legal research and writing Review and evaluate new case matters Participate in client intake and case development Provide guidance and direction to support staff Assist with case strategy and resolution Qualifications J.
