A company is looking for an IT Application Specialist (Workday) to oversee the optimization of the Workday ERP ecosystem and administration of workforce management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Time Tracking systemsEnsure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and peak performance of the organization's software portfolioBridge the gap between HR, Finance, and IT to support operational and clinical staffing modelsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Three plus (3+) years of experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday ERP, or comparable enterprise HRIS/ERP platformsStrong SQL and data analysis skills for workforce, payroll, and labor reportingExperience configuring system integrations using APIs, EIBs, or middlewareBasic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills for distributed time clock devices
