A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Energy Market Analytics & Forecasting.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn long-term LMP forecasts and maintain views on power price trends and capacity market valueDevelop market participation strategies and track implications of market rule changesRepresent the company's views on energy value and technology economics to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications7 - 10+ years in energy markets with experience in power market analytics and energy storage dispatchDeep familiarity with ISO market structures across at least two of PJM, MISO, or SPPHands-on experience with LMP forecasting and production cost or capacity expansion toolsProficient in Python and SQL for analysis and prototypingExperience managing forecast vendors and market consultants
