Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue and growth objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision‑makers to expand market presence
Identify new business opportunitiesby monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning
Collaborate closely with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to maximize visibility and demand
Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams regarding product specifications, applications, and troubleshooting
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline status, and competitive insights
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience in the fluid control industry, with a focus on hydraulic control valves and air release/control valves
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high‑performing sales teams
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% within the assigned region, with occasional national or international travel
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel independently to customer sites
Applicant must reside within the assigned territory
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor, including eye, ear, and foot protection
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
