A company is looking for a Tax Services Supervisor.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all tax-related operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulationsManage payroll tax activities, including processing adjustments and ensuring accurate calculations and timely remittanceProvide guidance on complex tax matters and lead compliance efforts, including responding to audits and maintaining internal controlsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5-7 years of experience in tax, payroll, or accounting, with supervisory experienceKnowledge of payroll tax compliance and federal/state regulationsExperience with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and strong Excel skillsAbility to supervise staff and support process improvements
