A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Attorney to manage complex real estate transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and leasesSupport acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of large-scale land assets across multiple jurisdictionsReview title reports and assist with title curative matters while collaborating with internal teamsQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably with large land portfolios or REITsStrong experience with leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and title/survey reviewAbility to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with renewable energy, timberland, or mineral rights preferred
