A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant- HUD Policy and Programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert consulting and technical assistance to state, local, and tribal governments on housing and community development initiativesSupport HUD grantees with financial management, compliance, and reporting in DRGR and IDISLead discussions on policy and regulatory matters related to HUD programs and develop tools and templates for improved efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 5+ years in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldFive+ years experience with HUD programs and systems, including DRGR and IDISProficiency in grants and performance management and reportingProven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting prioritiesExperience in critical thinking and engaging with complex topics related to policy and regulations
