This commission‑driven position allows you to earn between 30 % and 75 % of your production.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
Cold‑call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiating job offers.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data‑based and technological skills.
Background in Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
Effective negotiation skills.
A degree is preferred but not required.
