Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Associate or Fully Licensed)

Prescott, AZ

$60,000+ starting (clear growth path based on caseload)

Flexible schedule | ~20-25 clients/week | Supervision included

Looking for a supportive, low-burnout environment to grow your career as a therapist?

At McLoughlin Counseling Group, we've built a boutique group practice specifically for clinicians who want strong supervision, a manageable caseload, and a collaborative team-not a high-pressure agency setting.

Over the past 5 years, we've helped 8 clinicians achieve full licensure in Arizona, and we're continuing to grow our Prescott team.

Why Clinicians Choose Us:

  • Weekly supervision and mentorship (for associate-level therapists)
  • Realistic caseloads (~20-25 clients/week)
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Strong referral flow to help you build and maintain your caseload
  • Peer consultation and a collaborative team environment
  • Optional training in advanced modalities (EMDR, somatic approaches, Brainspotting, and more)
  • 90% clinician retention over the past 5 years
Who This Is A Great Fit For:
  • Associate-level therapists seeking high-quality supervision and support
  • Early-career clinicians who want to avoid burnout and grow sustainably
  • Fully licensed therapists who value autonomy within a collaborative group
Compensation:
  • Starting at $60,000+ annually at a 20-25 client/week caseload
  • Clear path for income growth as caseload increases
  • Supervision included for associate-level clinicians
