Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities: Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel; Log and follow up on maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner; Supervise external contractors who may be employed by the hotel to carry out maintenance work; Communicate with the Assistant General Manager, OM and/or General Manager on the condition of the building and related systems; Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company
