Arc Home is adding a Correspondent Operations Support Specialist to our Team to work standard business hours in the time zone in which you live within the US. This is a great entry level role for someone with less than 2-3 years of total work experience.

We need someone with a strong work ethic, who works quickly and accurately while using their excellent communication, organization and time management skills to help them navigate a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities.

The Correspondent Operations Support Specialist is responsible for the oversight and timely set up of loans being sent for purchase review. The Correspondent Operations Support Specialist reviews the credit and closed loan packages for accuracy/completeness and performs support services per Investor requirements or Underwriting guidelines. The Correspondent Operations Support Specialist works hand in hand with the Correspondents, Account Executives, Account Managers, QC auditors, and Third-Party Review firm to provide a great and seamless customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work directly with correspondent and account executives to provide complete credit and closed loan packages based on loan product requirements and moving loans for purchase review to the Third-Party Review (TPR) Firm.
• Manage multiple queues within respective SLA timeframes.
• Accurately review and send credit and closed loan packages and complete review checklist in specific states.
• Review and work directly with the corresponded to clear collateral note exceptions.
• Review and work reporting designated by management.
• Assist in the resubmission of documents and uploading to the TPR portal for TPR review.
• Monitor, respond to, and handle email requests within SLA timeframes.
• Provide support to correspondents and account executives in correcting issues on file that are on hold for TPR review.
• Works closely with production manager to ensure that loans are being moved timely within statuses.
• Review Bailee letters and enter wiring instructions for management approval.
• Maintain working knowledge of loan programs and applicable guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, operations staff, and all third parties.
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by your manager and/or senior management.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year of Mortgage experience would be a plus.
