Pay: $15.15/hour + DOE

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team at our family-friendly steakhouse in Bagdad, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, including steaks, burgers, sides, and other menu items, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role requires open availability and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook steaks, burgers, seafood, sides, and other menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper seasoning, cooking temperatures, and presentation for all dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Accommodate special dietary requests while maintaining food quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook, grill cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of steakhouse cooking techniques, including grilling, searing, and broiling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
