Job Summary:
We are seeking an Azure AI Engineer, ready to engage in both autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI applications, leveraging Azure AI Foundry. The role entails strategizing and operationalizing enterprise-grade AI solutions, emphasizing Responsible AI practices and production readiness. This position, based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India (remote), involves coordination with global teams, mainly around 10 PM and 10 AM Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI applications and autonomous agents using Azure AI Foundry.
• Create complex agentic workflows and RAG-based solutions incorporating enterprise data.
• Ensure secure data access and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems.
• Enforce production readiness through Azure AI Foundry's built-in tools supporting SLAs.
• Apply Responsible AI and compliance controls throughout AI development and deployment lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in developing AI-powered applications in Azure.
• Proficiency in using Azure AI Foundry's ecosystem (models, agents, SDKs).
• Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in cloud-native application development within Azure environments is essential.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, and CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads is preferred.
