Our Client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a IT Project Manager III for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Client is seeking an experienced, outcome driven IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead) to lead complex, cross functional ITinitiatives supporting client manufacturing and digital innovation priorities.
• As an IT PMO Project Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling digital and AI driven capabilities that support Client manufacturing future. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful work, influence delivery practices, and drive outcomes that matter.

• The PM Lead will operate within client PMO while applying Agile, hybrid, and Scrum-based delivery approaches, particularly in environments where AI-enabled solutions are being implemented within manufacturing and industrial contexts. This role partners with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, transparency, and value realization.

Delivery & Outcome Ownership

• Lead end to end delivery of multiple concurrent IT initiatives and workstreams.
• Drive work toward clear outcomes and business value, not just schedule adherence.
• Balance scope, timeline, risk, and quality while maintaining delivery flow.
• Take ownership of delivery challenges, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.

Servant Leadership & Team Enablement

• Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to perform at their best.
• Remove impediments, facilitate collaboration, and foster accountability.
• Support Agile and hybrid teams by reinforcing discipline, focus, and continuous improvement.

Program & Workstream Management

• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues using RAID artifacts.
• Coordinate across IT, engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between delivery activities and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and decisions.
• Translate complex technical and delivery topics into clear, executive level communication.
• Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and outcome discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through data driven insights and transparency.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Operate effectively within client enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure delivery artifacts, controls, and documentation meet organizational standards.
• Apply governance pragmatically to enable speed while maintaining trust and quality.

Agile, AI & Modern Delivery Practices

• Apply Agile and Scrum practices within enterprise and hybrid delivery models.
• Support delivery of AI-enabled solutions, particularly within manufacturing environments.
• Partner with technical teams to plan, track, and deliver AI initiatives incrementally.
• Promote modern delivery metrics focused on flow, predictability, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead)
• Candidate must have Active PMI PMP Certification
• Candidate must have Scrum or Agile Certification
• Must have PM Experience implementing AI solutions in Manufacturing Environments
• Preferred experience in Solar business
• 7+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO delivery roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success driving delivery outcomes amid ambiguity and change.
• Experience working across IT, engineering, and operational teams.
• PM Experience implementing AI solutions in Manufacturing Environments
• PMI PMP (Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional) certification required.
• Agile and/or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI ACP, SAFe, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Strong servant leadership mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage integrated plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and risks.
• Outcome focused delivery orientation.
• Strong problem solving and escalation judgment.
• High attention to quality, governance, and execution discipline.
• Experience supporting or delivering AI solutions within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands on experience applying Agile/Scrum practices to AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models operating within traditional enterprise governance.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and matrixed teams.
• Comfortable operating in transformation environments where ways of working are evolving.
• The domain knowledge specific to this posting is PM Experience implementing AI solutions in Manufacturing Environments. The ideal candidate has preferred experience in Solar business.
